In 2006, John Anderson and James Christie founded South Carolina-based Shred 360 after recognizing the growing demand for secure document destruction and the need for trustworthy shredding companies to provide this service.
After being advised by a friend in the industry to invest in a Shred-Tech truck for on-site document destruction, Anderson purchased an MDS-25GTX and quickly realized the value of his friend’s advice. The truck proved to be reliable, powerful and seamlessly able to meet all the demands of Shred 360’s customers. Business continued to expand and seven months later, Shred 360 purchased another Shred-Tech truck to support the company’s growing business.
Anderson recalls one instance when his truck needed servicing within a tight timeline or Shred 360 would run the risk of losing a significant shredding project from a key customer. Within hours, Shred-Tech had dispatched a technician from its North Carolina Service Center in Charlotte, to Columbia, SC to immediately resolve the issue. Shred-Tech’s quality shredding systems, level of responsiveness and customer service has allowed Shred 360 to maintain its reputation as a reliable local shredding service provider.
